North Korea question?

Am i the only one who thinks that the testin off a nuclear bomb in North Korea is being used as a excuse by the communists to start a war between them and America because when they said that any threats would be taken as an act of war, they would surely be expecting people to know that they were testing a bomb and that countries would threaten them so why else would they do this and tell me what you think about my opinion about them trying to get attention and trying to start a war

I actually agree with you,but not for any silly points, I think NK is testing not just Nuclear weapons but the rest of the world,its like a game of dare with them and things are getting very dangerous.
The problem is everyone has left it too late to be able to do much now and with the chinese losing their balls any sanctions will not work,because china is as corrupt as the Koreans are.
Sanctions should be taken against all those who aid NK,this includes Russia who can never be trusted as history has proved time and time again,and action should have been taken years ago.

the reason north korea have done this is becuase they are trying to use the threat of nuclear weapons as a bargaining chip to get aid and all other manner of things doesnt help that theyve got a nutter controling there country.

I doubt that they wish to start a war what they are doing is getting more aid from the west, not to test anymore, they are letting us know that they have the capability to fire a nuclear bomb, they want aid not just monetrary there are all sorts of aid, most of it they will get eventually, this is sabre rattling, the west does it all the time.
india, pakistan both have nuclear capability, thats where you have to watch.

I think N. Korea's leader has something to gain by distracting the worlds attention from real crisis elsewhere. I also think there was never any real nuke in their nuke. That they want their own people to believe they will be safe behind one when they start whatever they are planning on starting, something that requires their countrymen to die in the attempt.

Scary isn't it when EVERY-ONE has the ability to kick-***. Means you have to start listening to them as much as you all expect them to listen to you. Double standards or what!

Maybe all they want is to protect themselves the same as you. Only difference is that America isn't threatening you. Just everyone else in the world (directly or indirectly). I am sure N. Korea will dis-arm when those that would threaten them do the same. Who would want to be next......I raq

in case you have been South Korea, could you prefer to reunify? think of how tricky it became for Germany to reunify. The East became very undesirable and below developed, now multiply that by ability of a factor of a minimum of 30. The "super chief" will could die first in any case.

Besides, his nukes as of now, are not long range. They are able to reach Japan but not the U.S.

its all down to different countrys beliefs. i can relate to u.s, us, saying sod off, get rid of nukes, cause, we beleive there unstable, like muslim countrys, however, i can also relate to there paranioa, as in, us with ussr years back, so ..................
