Oh that's bad, yeh that's bad. How do we know it's so bad?

People bring their own feelings, desires, needs, attitudes, etc. to everything. When someone thinks something is bad, it's often a reflection on their state of mind more than the thing actually being bad.

It is human nature and the first word that springs to mind for some without thinking.
One tragic happening will not always be bad for one person as it is for another I belive that a persons life experience will determine wheither a situation is bad or not as they may have experienced more or less the same thing themselves. IE: If someone has had an affair and you have had simular experience you may say that is bad however if you have not you may react with what an as* h***. I know pretty poor example but hey its late at night and brain not functioning as quick as it should and that is BAD> lol

Simplicity. It is far easier to mark something off as 'bad' and move along than it is to change it.

because lots of things are bad for you. and we need to be regulated, therefore we have laws to prevent these bad things from happening.
