Let them grow in first so that you can just start over.
find a picture that you really like, and get them waxed in that shape
its more likely that you'll mess up than a professional, and waxing is also easier.
if you try to pluck them, one miss-plucked hair and you look crooked.
then after that, just keep touching up every week or so w/tweezers and you should be fine!

Maybe look at a picture of some one with the same face shape and there eyebrows, and that should give you an idea on what shape they could be. Then pluck away!!!

Go to a professional and have them waxed. It costs about $10. After that buy you some good tweezers and small hair scissors. I like Revlon products. A professional will get them the way you want them and you can keep them up after that. Just tweeze them when the small hairs start growing back, at least once a week. If tweezing them is painful you can use Ora gel on your brows to numb them. Also, you can comb them upwards and trim them too so you don't have to tweeze hairs that need to be there. Keep them groomed and if necessary use an eye pencil to give more definition to them. Good Luck! Hey, you might even want to stick with the professional if you like her work best. Just remember practice makes perfect. Oh, and also clean your tweezers with alcohol prior to each use.

Here is a simple tip you can do it at home. Wash your face and then comb the hair of your eyebrows up and trim the edges with ceacers that designed for eyebrows. After cutting them off (trim), drow shade of a pencil, preferably brown if yours are black , if your eyebrows are blond use light brown pencil. For bleaching them use bleaching creame before trimming.... Hope this helps.

I think the easiest way is to get them waxed at a beauty shop for the first time -- they will shape them for you and it doesn't cost much. Then, pluck the new ones as they grow back in to maintain the shape.

Your arch should start above your pupil. Avoid a deep arch.
Full brows are in again. So don't get carried away.
