Neither wins. The Polar bear would win intitially I think because of its sheer size but the Komodo dragon would also win because when it bites it infects its prey with so much bacteria that it dies soon after...so the polar bear would die too later.

In the artic, the dragon is dead from cold.

In the Komodo Islands, polar bear is overcome with heat and letharigic.

In the ocean, both have advantages and disadvantages.

In real life- they would not fight. Polar bears eat mostly seals- and dragons would not trigger the 'i'm food' reflex. Bears are a lot bigger than the dragon's usual fare. A dragon would certainly swipe at a bear in its teritorty, but the bear's thick fur would make swipes and bites ineffectual.

If you forced them to fight in a neutral location (what kind of sicko would, however?) the bear would win with a couple quick crippling paw slaps.

a polar bear definately.
the dragon is just too small and the polar bear is too big and strong
even if the dragon bites the bear, the bear will probly just get a nasty infection but probably it wont be fatal to a big old bear

Ya know, being the animals they are I don't think they would ever meet. Maybe in a zoo, but then again they would never meet. Sorry to burst your bubble.
