This is a gimmick that Steve Sjuggerud has been using to promote his newsletter. So far as I know, it is a term he made up to sell subscriptions. You can find out exactly what he means by buying the newsletter for $99. It has a money-back guarantee, which he offers because most people are not organized enough to ask for their money back with the 90-day trial period.

There are lots of newsletter deals like this one. I am not here to promote any one. Let me just say that his is not my favorite.
