I think she should if she's really concerned about the child and not just her image. The child will probably have a much better life. The thing I have the problem with besides the publicity is all the specifications she putting on the child she wants. All those children over there without parents, food, housing-----who cares if it's a boy or girl???

If the child's father agrees to it (which he did) and the child will have a better life, then I don't think it' a bad thing. I just hope the child has a normal, stable upbringing. Being brought into the world of celebrities doesn't always have a good effect on children but I wish them all the best!

Africa is the poorest continent in the world.The chances of kids there getting adopted are next to nothing.If Madonna has the financial needs to do it,why not?She also donated over 2 million dollars to build a school in the same community where she adopted her son.
