Depending on the size of the theater. At small theatres someone is constantly watching over it, and will not play it if there is not an audience. Larger theatres however are on a timer and go anyways which works well considering many will walk in late

as far as i know, as long as there are four seats/tickets sold, then the movie will be played. so yeah, 4 is the minimum number for cinema to keep the movie rolling.

yes they do. I snuck into a movie once, nobody in it, but the movie was still playing. Weird.

yes, they make an agreement with production companies that sell the movies that they will play the movie so many times per week, weather anyone is watching or not......

That depends on a cinemy policy. Somewhere they play movie, but somewhere they don't.

most up to date theaters the projectors are fun by computers unless someone runs up to turn it off it will still run its program.
