I have unicel as my provider. So I'm trying to call someone but I dont want it to ring on there end is there a number I can type before the number I'm dialing to get to there voicemail.

I don't think all companies have this service, but Sprint does.
Go to where you would normally text message, but instead find MMS. Here is where you record your voice and send it thier phone.
It's sent like a text message , so you won't have to talk to them.
