Known some very special people from Wales and they were independent in their own right but we are such a small island can we afford to break up into smaller parts?

No.

I'm Welsh through and through

And I DON'T wish Wales to be independent from the UK at all.

My God we are such a small country.

We are much better off as part of the UK. You can still be proud to be Welsh without it having to have a separate government.

Wales is not "part of England" anyway - its part of the UK and thats different.

People need to stop worrying about this shite and focus on real issues like the fact that there aren't enough jobs here in Wales and many Welsh people live below the bread line.

My God, Aneurin Bevan would turn in his grave if he saw the state of this country today and what a mess Blair and his mates have made of it.

Now there was a Welshman to be proud of. He GAVE a toss about the ordinary man in the street. Even my English BF admires Bevan.

And Glyn from BB was a ******* idiot. When he started going on about wanting to be the "Prime Minister of Wales" I seriously considered emigrating!

Yes! Scotland and the Six Counties of Ireland ought also be independent from English rule!

If they are strong enough to support themselves and the Welsh people want it, then yes! I live in Scotland and am begining to sway towards a want for independence. I think it's going to happen anyway. "Great Britain" is way too unstable to carry on the way it is.

I'm voting SNP!

I dont see why not. After all as many folk live in yorkshire as do scotland but the yorkshire folk subsidise the scots. If scotland and wales want independance thats fine by me on the sole proviso that they are no longer subsidised by the taxpayer in england.
Dump the Barnet formula.

If an English person had gone on Big Brother an acted as half as stupid as Glynn --I'd have suggested as an English person that we should be independent of the universe.

NO ! The fact is that, like Scotland you are actually attached to England ! so why should you be separate ? just because you all talk funny makes no difference at all ! if you were separated by water then OK you should be independent but you are not so get over it , and stop shaggin the sheep !
