why does yahoo take off points in game room?

while playing canasta online, google boots me out and yahoo takes from 12 to 23 points off my rating,,...that is cheating in my book...why does this happen...at least 5 times in two days...takes the joy from playing

How can google boot you out of Yahoo? Doubt thats possible. But you could be cheatin' and get caught

Sorry you are having this problem. When you are ff'd after being gone for 3 minutes you lose points. If you didn't people would be leaving the table every time they are losing!!!
Now about you losing connection from your service provider:
Make sure that the "Enable Java" box is checked.(under tools on browser choose internet options then advanced)
Internet Explorer 5 for Macintosh OS X
Select "Preferences" from the "Explorer" menu.
Select "Java" from the left navigation bar.
Place a check-mark next to "Enable Java."

You may need to analyze for defragment. And increase your memory if you keep losing your connection while playing. (under tools tab click on internet options, then settings, then advanced, needs to be 526 or higher.)

You may also want to clear your cache (history) or browser or on internet options and restart your browser.

I was having the same problems until I did all these things. It made my pc a lot faster too!!!

whats happening is when you are booted off line,the other players force forfeit you, that's when you lose 23points,losing 12 tells me someone subbed and your team lost.amount of points win or lose is determined by player ratings. Doing this may help keep you from getting booted;
you can increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526KB or higher,click apply then OK. games use up virtual memory if you play several games,then PC freezes or boots you.
