I thought this would make an interesting subject matter. As in other cultures the females breast are no big thing. Take for instants South American Indian tribes or Afica tribes. Any here have an answer for that?

The reason the white cultures go crazy over breasts is because they are seen as taboo in public. It's a 'shouldn't see' kind of thing. And anything that should not be seen, carries some excitement about it. When breasts are a natural part of the culture, like in your examples, it's no big thing. In the US, with the puritanical influence on how bad everything is related to sex, the men are starving for tit.

I don't have an answer for your question, except maybe tv and movies gives them an excuse to behave like barbarians. I just wish women in the US could breast feed in public without fear of humiliation or arrest.
