Open all doors and pour some disinfectant all overt where the spew was then get the hose and on full ball spray that spew right out of there. You might have to wait for a nice warm day so it dries.
Don't let drunks in your car next time.

Try resolve carpet cleaner, if this doesnt work there are self carwashes that have upholstery cleaners. I know where we live there is one in about an 60 mile raduis in Shelbyville Tn. You pull up and select the shampoo button and when ur finished it has a wet vac that gets all the soap and water out... it cost about the same as a car wash which is cheaper than having someone do it...that worked for us when our son and milk didnt agree on a long car trip..

Got bad news for you, you don't. I had a '67 (Yes, a 1967.) Impala that some fool barfed down my defroster duct(s). I don't remember who it was, but he looked alot like me. Well, I paid to have the car detailed, shampooed, etc. No dice. I sold the car when the weather was nice so the poor slob would not run the defroster or A/C.

Sorry, i forgot to mention it. The '67 was less than ten years when I had it. Do the math.
