You really need to do your own research. First figure out your abilities and what interest you so that you can be fulfilled in your work. Remember, a career is more than just a job, it is a way of life.
Your local community college should have some free career assessments that you can take to see what you would really be good at. There may be some on line but most of them are not free. But you need to talk with a counselor to have them interpret your results and it would be best if that talk was in person.
Then research to see what is available in those fields in the area you want to live. Get your resume polished and go for it.
Best of luck in finding the right career for you.

It really depends on your level of education. Generally speaking, business is the field that paid you the most without much requirement. As long as you are a people person and have good networking, I would say try to be a real estate agent, insurance agent, or financial advisor would be the best. No fixed hours, you are your own boss, and good money once you get good at it. I think financial advisor makes more between the three, but they will require licenses such as series 6 or more. Hope this helps

No easy answers. What interests you most should be the first question you ask yourself.
There is no lazy way to riches. Either it does not exist or it is fraudulant.
Start a business. Service oriented industries do not pay that well if you have this question in mind.
The financial wizs say: Buy shares of McDonalds but not the burger. Buy shares of Coca Cola but not coke. Get my point?
It is what you are in and not in on what you do. Yeah, read this sentence a few times.

List your favorite/best subject(s) in school.
Consider any jobs that revolve around the subject(s) and look them up with help from a local BBB (Better Business Bureau) website.
They list more than just salary and working hour ranges, so I say go for it.

hmmm....what are you interested in? me, i'm eventually going to go back to school to be a massage therapist. that way, i can set my own hours and be able to spend more time with my kids. of course, it's going to be a few years before i can go back to school. but, whatever you're into, see what your options are.
