The best way is to use NEW GAS to clean it. Although it is kind of dangerous, the new gas will re-absorb the old gasolines deposits faster than any other type of cleaners. Minreal Spirits will also work fairly well, and not as flammable.

5 gl. bucket of carb cleaner or parts washing solvent.
