I said SACK if you knock a QB after they throw the ball it's not a sack, it's a knockdown. Read better

Yes you ARE allowed BUT first you have to tell the ref AND you have to tell the QB you are about to sack him. As long as both give you permission you are allowed to TRY to sack him. He is still allowed to throw it away. If you don't believe me though did you see that Dallas vs Philly game last week. I mean come on if Bledsoe WASN'T agreeing to be sacked why was he sitting in the pocket wrapped up for about 10-15 seconds WITHOUT throwing it away.

Yes, a quarterback can still be sacked - the hit needs to be legal, though. A lot of defensive players; lineman especially; have brains that are too small to grasp that idea.

roughing is only when the qb doesn't have the ball or if ur helmet hits his
sacks are fine

yes u can sack him jus u cant tackle after hes already thrown the ball or it would be roughing the passer

You can but you can't touch them once they've thrown the ball unless you can't stop in time.
