just about any of those eras would be fun ... but since alot of people do 50 - 70's .. do something that is from the 30's... my grandma was from that era and she hung on to some of her dresses from when she would go out dancing. outfits for males of that era are great too! tux's, top hats... enjoy !

Actually the Roaring Twenties would be fun! The 50-60's era is one of the most done and easiest to do!

60s or 70s would probably be the easiest to find clothing and music for, but I think 50s would be cool.

70's would be the funniest if thats what you are going for, think about all the crazy bellbottoms and afros and the crazy way they danced. LOL. yea that shits hilarious!
But if you wanna go for fun and kinda classy you could do the 20's....flapper dresses and pimp suits...what a sexy party :) I'd love to go to one of those! But it might be harder for people to find costumes/outfits from that era...i dunno.

the 20's would be the best since many of your friends probably have flapper outfits. they are really easy to find. and the guys wore gangster outfits and the guys would like that

I think you should definitely have and 80s themed party....i mean that era just screams spandex, and what funnier than seeing guys in short spandex shorts!!!!
