my brother wants to marry a blow up doll....is it legal or does the doll need a pulse?

It's legal.
Once knew a fellow who's blow up doll burst and it flew out the window. He took it back to the shop and said "That it had went down on him" And the bloke in the shop said he should have charged him another £50 for that feature.

I feel very sorry for your brother if a blow up doll is the best he can do, but with you for a Sister I am not surprised. Oh, and no, it is not legal.

I am in a quandary. I "married" a girl I was at school with, we were both 8 years old and our peers at play-time agreed to it. I have since had many sexual relationships with girls and have never "divorced" my play-time wife. Am I an adulterer, and she an adulteress, or was the "marriage" void?
Christian marriage is all based on the morals of your fellow Christian peers, by that logic my childhood marriage stands! As does your brother's to a doll, if he knows people who agree with it. Somebody PLEASE give me the answer!
