Not sure I understood that all, but I don't believe that the truth is censored on the net. The truth is hard to find on the net for sure, but this is the same in the conventional media. It has always been this way from the mouths of politicians as well.

It is a familiar old crutch to use the George Santayana quote: "Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it." There is something relevant to your question in this quote, though. To make sure I got it right, I Googled it. There were countless versions of it on 'famous quotation' sites! Now which one is true? Any of them?

I know one thing, the average earthling has been kept from the truth on a regular basis by those more powerful ever since some folks decided they were better than others. It's worth everything for each of us to be aware of what goes on around us. We can't spend our time with ear buds in and big screens on while mayhem goes on just out of our hearing.

Sure, I'll go to Federal Prison. Only if I find an honorable way to make a valid point or expose a serious threat. Throwing eggs at cops is no better than insulting my neighbor. Removing a corrupt politician from office is like firing a bad worker. If it takes a few getting in trouble to get results that benefit many, count me in!

Any whackjob can post what they want on the Internet, there are hosts out there that accept basically anything that isn't child porn.

Mainstream hosts will ban a lot of content because it's not worth the hassle (DDoS, hacking, etc.) and that's their choice as it's their servers.

Message boards and the like will cut out content that spoils it for the majority of users. That's also fair - for example, if you wanted your own version of Answers where you could post your own versions of the "truth", you're completely free to set one up.

What you don't have is the right to expect somebody else to host your content.

Freedom of speech has been taken away little by little every year. Everything is slander or not politically right. No one wants to here the truth anymore. If they did our freedom of speech would no longer be banned from society. Next is free will.
