IM MAD can YOU HELP???????????????

so i've got this website, and i won't to bring traffic to it (i want people to come to it) but there is'nt a website online that will let me advertise it for free do you know of one please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont know a website that will advertise for free but i do know that you can sign up with google and they will put you in their engine so you will show up when someone searches for your site or something to do with your site.
