I'm right in the middle of making t-shirts for my friend's stagette party. I bought some iron-on transfers from Staples and they worked awesome, ($20 for 12). I printed a picture of my friend on the back, and used wordArt to do the lettering on the front. The only thing that kinda sucked is that the lettering cracked pretty bad when the shirt stretched over my boobs :O(

The easiest way is iron transfers, you should be able to find them in computer stores, best buy, computer city, frys.
Design the graphic with whatever media software you have, photo editor, for text I use MS Word has a tool called Word Art so you can make lettering with 3D effects.
Some printers have option for iron-ons, if not then you need to reverse image you artwork before you print.
Crop the printed transfer as close to the graphic as possible and then use high heat (cotton) to make sure it transfers completely to the t-shirt.

nicely, first verify you have a clean shirt & the flow sheet for you to use once you're printing something out, or the paints you will choose. do not forget to contain even if washing instructions the field with the flow or paints includes so the shirt would not get ruined. you are able to take considered one of your dad's well-known sayings, a line from a comedy skit he quite likes or another random witty ingredient. i'm questioning approximately making my boyfriend a t-shirt with a ingredient he got here up with himself... He continuously comes up with t-shirt innovations... i'm not plenty efficient with that, yet I did opt for to point to not forget the bathing instructions. i've got had a custom made t-shirt die because of the fact a kin member washed it incorrect.

I'm in the tshirt business. If you want to start a venture, start personalising. Do you have a local pub? take pictures of it and sell it to the custumers. Iron on transfers are pretty good, and perfect if finished off with greaseproof paper. Transfers can cost a bit but there are cheap ones on ebay. invest in a good printer. I started off with one from ebuyer, about 60 pounds but if you dont want to buy one, increase the quality of the printer on ur computer. you can start this business with very little investment and see where it goes from there!
