If you went to Conway, and you saw balloons,would pop them,or have erection?

Well, you can, depends on what kind of person u r. If you can handle some yelling at, and like to make jokes every once in a while, pop it. If you're a kind-hearted person, you say: What pretty balloons!!! (no, jk)

I don't pop balloons in stores. Sometimes it's very loud and could possibly upset someone.

no i don't ... and im not afraid to say why... i'm terrified of balloons being popped - just the explosion sound makes my heart jump a beat

Either I buy them or leave them alone. I do not pop them, especially when I do not intend to buy them, coz "u pop it, u buy it." =)
