Copper, blue (Weird, I know) and light pink and purple eyeshadows will make your brown eyes pop. Black or dark blue eyeliner (A stick eyeliner, not liquid, it gives you that really smokey, sexy look) will also make your eyes shine.
Try to avoid really powdery eyeshadow too, because with your darker skin it will look chalkey and yucky. Try and use a stick eyeshadow, or a cream. It will look a lot better.

purple eyeliner. black eyeliner just makes your eyes look darker--not stand out. Also, try like a gold eyeshadow. I have brown eyes also and people always say they are beautiful

put white eyeliner on
what i do is i bought an eyeliner brush and so i can turn ANY eyeshadow into eyeliner its great
also try purple eyeshadow on the lid, dark purple in the crease and light purple on the brow bone.

I have brown eyes to...u should try black or brown eye liner on ur lash line u can do the same on the bottom too...u don't have to...also try mascara.

i would say a copper eye shadow or a latte color. wear blues and lighter colors. i have brown eyes and everyone compliments me on my eyes. Serious one of the first things people compliment me on is my eyes

i'm not sure on the exact colors, but go to the 'almay' website, the have products designed for blue, hasel and brown eyes :)

i would skip the liner. i would get a sparkley golden brown eye shadow and use that instead of liner. i think it looks better
