Surely, and they do live on in my heart as well as so many others. Friends are great that way. A Faerie never goes unthought of, we shan't allow it.

I didn't even meet my grandfather. He died before I was born. Though I love him because I've heard he was very special. Also, I have his name and some of his characteristics. I would have practiced thousands of moments of silence for him, but I haven't because I know he would like me to be happy, not sad for his loss. I think he hasn't really gone. He certainly lives in my mum(his daughter) and in my heart. Sometimes, when a room's silent at night, I feel that I can hear his steps on the floor. Maybe he's my Guardian Angel.

Since my mother passed away I tend to do things for her the way she would have wanted. I was blind to her sudden death as far as expecting it because she was one of the stronger ones in our family. Living as an introvert I never allow too many people in my inner circle, thus the impact of her passing was huge. But I live like a warrior and warriors always move forward and never dwell on past emotions for too long. After all everyone has a different path to follow. Part of her still lives here in the yard so she will never be forgotten, but as a person she was very rational with dealing with death, she had seen it often enough to know we all must go on as best as possible. So the answer is yes.

I pray for them (I've lost 3 grandparents), during moments of silence. And yes, a lot of times I'll think of them, especially when I do something that reminds me of them.
