a media url is a url(web address) that you can insert into a blog, such as myspace or friendster, that when inserted and sometimes clicked on, plays music. because this url is a lnk to a file with that music on it. if it a url that means the file is stored on the internet

A "url" is an internet website address... it stands for Uniform Resource Locator

So a media url would just be the website address for a media company, such as a news organization like CNN
