Leader: someone who takes responsibility and control when needed, has ability to influence other people in group situation to be better at what they do, ability to get things done, is respected
Follower: knows his/her role and plays it well, supports the leader to get things done, stays out of the way of the leader, must follow the leader and doesn't slow him/her down.

A good leader has a good quality of mind and is someone who inspires by example. I will select Jesus (religious), General Patton (military), CS Lewis (literature), Mohandas Gandhi (political), and John Kenneth Galbriath (economics).
A good follower is someone who gets inspired and tries to surpass (or carry on the good work of) his/her leader. The 5 leaders mentioned above of billions of followers...

Challenges me to do my best.

for instructions & procedures.
Helps me polish my thoughts

I'm gonna use other leaders as examples such as Malcolm X and Hitler they're were such great leaders because they found something to relate to their people, they were charismatic, they good speak well and confidently, they were very empathetic and used alot of body language

leaders must be leading by example, must be patient, must be willing to help his followers in any way, must be friendly and must be ready to learn from his followers. Follower must be eager to learn new things/idea, must be prepare to share his problems with his leader and finally must be obedient.
