Fever is not a natural occurence of being pregnant. You can have a fever and it not hurt the baby. But it is best to find out what is causing the fever so that you can treat before it does hurt the baby.

Some women run a low-grade fever throughout their pregnancy. If it gets above 101, it can be harmful.
Different people start seeing the signs of pregnancy at different times. I knew literally THE DAY AFTER conception. I was sicker than a buzzard. But some women can be as much as 2 months along before they take a test and get a positive. Every woman is different, and every pregnancy is different. The good news is that some over the counter pregnancy tests can detect pretty early, so if you've already missed a period go get one and try it out. If you're still too early, talk to your doctor and see if they'll run a blood test for you instead. Those tests are very accurate.

RE:
How soon do you start seeing signs of pregnancy?
Also, I had a fever all weekend, If I were to be pregnant, that would hurt the baby would it? Or does that just happen sometimes when you get pregnant?

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.
Early signs of Pregnancy:
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

Some people can start seeing signs as early as a week along. Other people have no idea until much later. I am not too sure about the fever....it depends on high it was. I would be careful and take Tylenol if you think that you are pregnant. That is the only kind of medicine my OB recommends. Sometimes your body temp varies when your pregnant. I get really hot and then I get really cold. It happens. Other signs are morning sickness, fatigue, weight gain, loss or gain of appetite (depends on person to person). Good luck! There are at home tests that can detect really really early. I think ClearBlue Easy is one of them.

All women are different and the signs are different as well. Most women know they're pregnant because they don't menstruate but even that has it's exceptions. Don't worry about the fever but you should consult a doctor to make sure that everything is going well.

For me, my first sign should up at about 2 weeks after conception. Morning sickness was the most obvious sign. I guess the next best sign would be a missed period.

As long as your fever was low I would think it was ok, as far as it being a sign, personally I didnt get any fever with my kids.
The soonest I got signs, with my 1st was 3 days after af was late, and with my 2nd, 1 day b4 af was due.
