Its at the very base of where my dick begins Had this since I was a kid. What is causing it as its really painful!

Sneezing increases the pressure inside your abdomen. You may have a small hernia that maybe you can't actually feel yourself.
Go and check it out.

I get it too, very rarely though. I think it's just a muscle spasm or something that you very rarely use. I sometimes get it if I have a really strong overdue orgasm as well as sneezing. I don't think it's anything to worry about but by all means get it checked out. Good luck.

Do you sneeze after you just ejactulated, that hurts like a *****! But on a more serious note that is not normal in any circumstance.. I'd get yourself checked out.

That happens to me to all the time execpt it's not ther mine be in my lower tummy i never did anything bout it

You should get checked for hernia and/or hemroids (sp).
