The buzzing or winning sound I hear is constantly some times it is low range noise other times it is on the high range. A hearing doctor says there is nothing he can do.

Not much, it is called tinnitus. I have spent the past 3 years trying to get rid of it and they all tell me there is not cure. Now down to trying home remedies (I was told that ginkgo biloba would help so I just started trying that). Good luck!

There is something you can do for this. First I want to tell you about the buzzing i had in my ear when I was 25. Not a joke but a funny story. I was laying in bed reading a book and a fly flew into my ear -now thats enough buzzing to drive you crazy! Tryed to get it out but couldn't and after a few hours it died in there and I went to the doctor to have it removed with success but he thought I was nuts when I told him there was a fly in my ear . I think you need another doctors opinion -maybe a naturlist. I,m not much help but I do know that there is a vitamin you can take that will help to a great extent. I just can't remember what it is. There are solutions for lots of things that our regular doctors don know about. They know very little about the benefits of nutrieunts-vitamins and minerals .

I have been living with this for over 30 years. You will get used
to it. Mine was caused by a loud noise. I don't even notice it most of the time any more. You can use white noise I am told to counter the effects. I usually listen to a radio through head phones. It helps. I listen to books on tape mostly. Music is not as good as due to the buzzing, some of the tones in the music do not come through.

Sounds like Tinnitus. See your doctor to have it evaluated.
