What's the best way to isulate windows, plastic stripping, the "saran wrape" stuff or metal?

Go to Home Depot. (I have seen it other places too) Don't by the 3M. There is a different on that costs less. I get it every year, but don't remember the brand name, but is about half of what the 3M costs.

You use two sided tape on the wall and stick the plastic to it.

It helps alot.

my mother use to use seram wrap and tape it using double sticmk tape then she would blow dry the wrap to shrink it and in the bathrooms she coverd the windows with blankets i hope that helped
