nothing you may be lucky and feel fine all pregnancy but most of the time you do not have to much hormones in your body so early in pregnancy to really feel a whole lot, I promise give it time you'll feel something.

You're probably still too early along...
Or, you may never get them. Every pregnancy is different. Some women are incredibly sick for the whole 9 months. Some women never get any nausea at all (these are the women I envy, by the way).
If the tests have come out positive, get to an OBGYN and get an actual medical opinion. Just because you don't have the textbook symptoms doesn't mean you won't have a healthy pregnancy. But it's always good to get that nod of confirmation from an actual doctor before you start painting the nursery.

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.
Early signs of Pregnancy:
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

Nothing is wrong with you. you have to understand some women are different not all women get sick and tired all the time the breast thing comes later like in your thrid try mester. i would think sence you took two tests and they came out positive that you would go to the doc. i'm sure he or she would tell you more about it because i'm no expert on things like this i don't even have kids.

Not everyone gets those symptoms, and it is probably too early to experience them. If the tests came out positive YOU ARE PREGNANT! Go get an appointment with your doctor ASAP!

I've had two and I never had any morning sickness or anything like that. You don't necessarily have to have the symptoms to prove that your pregnant. Go to a doctor and get tested. That's the best thing to do.

Nothing is wrong, you might not get any of these symptoms, yet you may develop them later on. It all depends on how your body copes with pregnancy.
I hope that your pregnancy is all healthy and uneventful (in a bad way)
I wish you all the good events though!
