I am a 20 year old male, and I do alot of simple excersices to stretch my spine, hoping to add a inch or 2 to my height.....I wasnt sure if I am suposed to stretch every single day or give my back a rest or what....??

try the iyengar style of hatha yoga for stretching and health . . .

Give up on gettng 2 inches more of height.

I don't know, but how is your posture? If you pull your neck in your whole spine will straighten up and that should add some height.

Well, I am a 12 year old female, and I use a big, big, gigantic ball for stretching and fun. You know, those big, big, big balls you take hours to blow air into??
