Its not very good for them at all. Goldfish require more veggies and less protein than tropical fish. If you feed them this occationally (because you ran out or something) its fine, but all the time is a bad thing because they can get diseases and die from malnutrition.

Yes. There gold fish they eat anything they can get there mouth on there Scavengers. (they would prob. eat a ham sandwitch) LOL. But yes it is totally ok to feed it tropical fish food. :)

Yes you can but they have completely different diets. It would be like you eating dog food, you can (and some people do) but since its not made for humans to eat you wont be getting all the nutrients that you need.

by all means goldfish will probably eat any fish food that you choose to give them they are scavengers and eat everything

Sure. Goldfish are almost unkillable. I've even fed them CAT FOOD, and they were just fine with it!
