thats kind of a broad question.
Maybe you should be more specific.
Every year has its share of good and bad ones.
This year id say Miami Vice holds the top worst slot.
Best.... Id say thats still to be decided.... since we have Rocky and James Bond to come.

This is the year that holds the best -and most- teen flicks!! [Long live Freddie Prinze Jr.!]
and since I totally was into that kind of movie back then (I still am!) I'd say 1999 totally rocks!!!
