I've been with my boyfriend for 4 years now, and a few months ago, we decided to stop having sex and wait till we get married. The thing is, lately, I've really been needing some action...and he refuses to do anything with me. I respect the waiting thing, but we're still not even engaged yet, and I don't think I can wait 2+ years before I have sex again! What do I do?

I don't understand why you would stop when you have already been having sex. If someone decides to refrain from sex totally until marriage then that's their choice (not my choice) but to stop when you have already slept together..........why???
I don't mean to be rude or anything I am just puzzled. I would talk to him, he may feel the same.xxx

I know that it's difficult, not having sex after having had it for so long. But I pray that you will honor the commitment you and your boyfriend have made. Unfortunately we live in an age where sex has become far too casual an act. Not at all the way God intended it to be. He meant for us to save ourselves for marriage. If you ask God for the strength to honor this commitment, He will help you. It's what He wants for you and your boyfriend. Talk with your intended. Tell him how you feel. He will help you stay strong, too. Talk with your pastor. Find a group of other young people who have made the same commitment. God bless both of you. Stay strong! It's worth the wait!!

? had sex stopped waiting to get married???already had it so you can't wait for marriage ...tell him how you feel truly and go from there the important thing in a relationship is that you can be honest with each other and that that you both meet each others needs..if your waiting until marriage but your not engaged makes no sense is he with someone else on the side??

It is not normal for a guy to say he wants to wait. Guys cant usually go without for a week. Something is fishy. I would tell him you really want it and if he refuses tell him you need a break...After all you are not even engaged and there are probably tons of guys out there who find you attractive.

Ok wait a second. SO you were having sex and now have decided not to any more. So its not like you havent done it. Hey I say play it up as hard as you can. Get him all worked up to the point where he is about to explode. He will cave in eventually. Like you said 2yrs is a long time.

If you're cute, have sex with me! Other than that, porno and self-love. Or, you can always try begging and bargaining. If he is waiting for religious reasons, you can always find some passage in the religious text of choice that contradicts his beliefs!

I'm sorry but I think a couple shouldn't have sex before marriage. However, you already started, so? just keep it doing. Talk to him. He will understand.
Luck my friend!

Move on Girlfriend. That was his excuse to go out and find other sources. For some reason he lost interest in you. Find you someone else since he's not even talking about marriage.
