little losers need to figure out that we won't tolerate them. They think they are cool, but when we ignore them, they either wise up and play right or leave.

Disagree. A large majority of rude question and answer participants have been here for quite a while. Because rudeness is part of anger and anger creates energy. So they don't get tired easily at all.
Same with happy people; they derive energy from their feelings and like to express it.
Maybe new members who leave soon after signing in just don't care for it.
