Document exactly how they want you to break the law. Be very specific in how you write this out. Then quit and file for unemployment. As reason for quitting put down they asked you to do illegal activity. You won't get the unemployment, it will probably go to a case worker (depending on the state) who will look at it. When the case worker looks at it, you will find out if its illegal or not & then your employer will get screwed by the Dept of Labor. Let the state fight them (provided your right & they got it coming).

Quit your job! And report it to authorities if you feel comfortable about no retaliation. Regardless, if you get busted for breaking the law for your company, the company probably will not cover your butt and you will go down for them. Not a good scenario.
Start a new life for yourself immediately!

you have a decision to make to break the law or not if you chose to break the law you will be responible for the conquenses mainly cause you made the decesion to do so. so either quit your job and find a new one or just do it and pay the price when you get caught. or kill your boss and say wow he died and make sure you never get caught doing that either.

Refuse to do it of course. In a job you are required to do what you are asked to do UNLESS it is legally or morally wrong. If they try to take disciplinary action or fire you for refusing, retain a good attorney.

Refuse to break the law, "my boss said to" is not an excuse in court and you will be held liable.
