REPORT IT

What's sexual harrasment? That term is relative these days.. Some people cry wolf about it.. Find a lawyer who does that kind of case and pay for a 1 hour consulation only. Don't go to an ambulance chaser, go to a legit law firm & find out all your options. The consulation should run you between $50-75. Look for somebody that does labor law.

Document, document, document!!! If you can, try to have a witness with you at all times, especially when you are around the person harrassing you. Document date, time, location, witnesses, and what was said or done, along with your reaction and/or comments. Tell the person that his/her behavior is inappropriate and ask them to please stop doing this. Report everything documented to your supervisor BUT keep a copy of ANYTHING/EVERYTHING that you may give to them and then go see an attorney if it continues.

if your a kid tell your parents, if it's on the job tell your boss or human resources or a lawyer if it is a clear cut case of it. if it is a minor incident tell the person to back off and move on. well all encounter some form of harrassment in life sometimes it's a case it is time to move on sometimes you have to stand and fight. you have to decide which is best at the time and follow your heart as to what you want to do.

Document EVERYTHING with dates, times, etc and what happened. Make sure you report it to your boss. The perpetrator should be fired if you prove it by documentation.

Of course it it just happens to BE your boss, then you either need to report it to his boss. And you must document that you have told him to stop on several occasions. But it must be reported to someone immediately, especially if it has to go to court.
