None have it. If the age is lowered, the state loses federal money for transportation (road maintenance).

No United State is allowed to have the drinking age under 21. This would go against amendment 21 of the US Constitution.

No states have drinking ages any more because of the Federal Highway Act of 1984 which stipulated any state that does not change its drinking age to 21 will lose all federal highway funding

Hopefully none. If your one that thinks cigarettes are a killer, you should check the statistics on drinking. That stuff is a real killer.
