Ye there is a monitor available for checking cholesterol its called CARDIO CHEK its available from Polymer Technology Systems.check it at www.PTSPANELS.com.
Please note that all though this monitor is available ,You should check with your doctor for management if there is a problem with your cholesterol.

It appears that Mryna L is the only one here who knows what she's talking about. You can check for a nonfasting cholesterol level, so you don't HAVE to fast. You can check as often as your doctor recommends. This type of monitoring IS a blood test. Follow Myrna's advice. It's sound and sensible.

No, you need a blood test to check your cholesterol, and it only has to be done every 3 months.

need to fast over night then have a blood test to do it properly
your nurse at the Dr's surgery will do this,if its high you may need to change diet or take tablets like me for the rest of your life.
But you cant buy a machine as things have to be carefully monitored at your Dr's.Go get it done if you are worried.good luck
