I would like a business partner for my online jewellery site to invest money in advertising and marketing. Also with knowledge and experience of advertising and marketing/business.
Could anyone out there give me some advice on this matter please?

It sounds like you need an angel investor. You may need a business plan.

Put an ad in your lcoal paper. We get them a lot in ours and they are successful. Make sure you protect yourself have a good partnership agreement drawn up
