I'm worried that because I masturbate a lot, that I will be infertile

Sperm is like that Jay Leno Doritos commercial. "Take it all they will make more." Your count will drop for a while but more are always developing.
If you were having an infertility problem you would want to cut out the masturbating because that would just be a waste of sperm cells.
Anyway if you had a real sex life with a gf you wouldn't need to masturbate into your fantasy life, so the worry will go away anyway.

You produce millions of sperm and will continue to do so. All ejaculate has sperm in it unless you are already infertile or produce a lower amount of sperm than normal.
Masturbation will not make you infertile.

All semen has some sperm in it.
There is no need to worry.........no matter how much you do, or do not, masturbate you CANNOT become infertile from masturbating.

If your sperm has a whitish colour then you have definitely got sperm in your semen. If it is totally clear and looks just like water then you probably don't. Masturbation itself will never make you infertile enjoy it.

Friend, men produce millions upon millions of sperm in their lives. Yes, after ejaculation, it takes a while for the sperm count to go up again, but not that long.
Wheras women are born with all the eggs they will ever have (and ovulate once a month); men produce new sperm continually.

all semen has sperm in it. go see a urologist (a doctor that specializes in male body parts and their functions and/or dysfunctions) about getting a sperm count done. that'll be your best bet for finding out what you need to know. hope this helps! :D

there is sperm in the semen every time.
it's healthy to masterbate, it milks the prostate.
you will never run out of sperm.
it is just that the little guys get weak in old age years.
and they swim slower then, too.
