Probably just fast food places. I worked at Burger King when I was 14. Three hours a day max, 15 hours a week max.

The laws differ from state to state, so start by going to your school. They should be able to tell you whether or not they can give you a work permit. If they can, then obviously there is somewhere in your state that hires 14 year olds.
Sometimes grocery stores will hire as baggers, restaurants as hostesses and dishwashers. Learn CPR and work as a lifeguard. Find the local orchards and ask about fruit picking. Paper delivery also takes kids.
