i personally suggest taking the supplement echinacea, i have found that this is the best way to be rid of a cold. However, i have also found that if one takes this supplement on a daily basis then the colds rarely ever surface in the first place.

go the drugstore and buy Zycam and follow the directions-you can not take too much of it. Use as soon as you feel you are catching cold and it works wonders . My colds are mild and last only two to four days because I use Zycam.
