Hey. Last nights I had the strangest feeling. I was sleeping, then I barely woked up. I was parelized, I couldn't move It felt like someone was laying on my chest. I struggle to free my self, I finally moved. Have you ever felt that?

During REM sleep your large muscles are paralyzed to keep you from acting out your dreams. Sometimes when people wake up in the middle of REM sleep, the paralysis will last for a moment before your body completely wakes. It's completely normal, don't worry.

OMG! i get this alot usually when im really tired and im taking a nap. it happens to me and my mom and weve been trying to figure out what it is but ive never seen anyone else who has it. We also heard that sometimes your spirit leaves your body when you sleep and this feeling is your spirit trying to get back inside your body... im not sure if i believe this one...

Yes, it's called, "sleep paralysis" and it's what keeps us from acting out our dreams. Perfectly normal and nothing to fear.
