use your imagination it means that this is a very poplar hotel, And they had no sprit since 1959, Sooo listen to the song Some guy made things all better by listeing to ghosts from the past who stayed in that hotel had parties from being on pot and drugs and stuff alchol And the guy got trapped there and he never leave
