Any Studio Ghibli film. Knocks all that sad Disney/Hollywood crud into a cocked hat. Princess Mononoke is in all the all time greatest films lists, and rightly so. Spirited Away is awesome. it is about adventure, magic, danger, spirits, demons and love. Also Howl's Moving Castle and My Neigbour The Totorro's. The next one to be made is an adaptation of Ursula Le Guin's "The Wizard of Earthsea" A must see!

O my God all these people are talking about kids flicks. The best film would be American Pop. Made in 1981 this cinematic feature follows four generation connected by music. There family line rises and falls but stays passionate and true. Second to that would be Fantastic World a french feature that won the sundance film festival in well I forget.

Some of the Studio Ghibli films are incredible.
My vote would go to Howl's Moving Castle, or Spirited Away.
