Hey Bluegem,

It is easy. Lay down on a bed on your back, get comfortable. Now, Imagine an invisible force field that is shaped like a rectangle, moving up your body, starting form yout feet. While this relaxation force is moving, control your breath, let it all out,hold it for a second, breath deep, hold it for a second, let it all out. Repeat.

Picture a pleasant place, and now the force field moves up your body through your toes, the completly relax, as if floating on a cloud. The Force Field, moves up your feet, and ankles, and each muscle it passes through relaxes. Breathe! Think of the beautiful pleasant place, and the FF moves up to your calves. Let them sink into the matress, no support from you! they relax.
Repeat this sequence as long as you can - you will fall asleep.

If you don't want to go to sleep, just do the Visual imagination of a pleasant place, and the Breathing exercise. Later.
