Astrology, which may seem like astronomy but it is not. All the 3 that you mention evolved out of earlier practices that were not so specific.

When Astrology was first followed, there was no clue that there were other worlds - the nature of existence what thought to be Earth alone.

Chemistry came from potion creation for health.

Biology can also be linked to early medicine when barbers used leeches to "cleanse the blood".

Astrology was one of the first systems that was largely agreed upon and used as a science.

Astrology is not a science....

Astronomy. Probably before language man looked up in the sky and wondered what the stars were, wondered why the sun does not shine at night...

Asking these questions initially is the start of science.

I always figured agriculture came first, then people started paying attention to the seasons (astronomy) to figure out when to plant crops. But I could be mistaken.

Mechanics, almost by definition. Using any kind of tool means you have some understanding of the relevant area of mechanics, even if it's pre-verbal.
