Chiropractor should be able to help you out. Chiropractors fix the problem vs. covering it up with drugs etc.

I know that hurts. Go to the Dr to make sure that it's a pulled muscle and not something more serious. you don't want to mess around when it's your back. He will probably give you muscle relaxers and maybe pain pills. If you can't do that, then try to stay comfortable, and move around as liitle as possible, Take advil, and try to gently stretch your back by squatting down with your feet together (you have to hold on to something). Stretch when you feel your back start to tighten up.
I know it hurts even to walk probably, but hang in there it's gonna get better!

Are you doing any exercises? There are a series of exercises you can do to stretch the lower back and hamstrings. Once you start getting better, you should make sure that your abdominal muscles are strong, which will help prevent further injury.

It takes time to heal - have your MD refer you to a physical therapist. They will be able to give you treatment to help heal faster and educate you how not to re-injure your back.
