Terry led an England team to a 2-0 defeat by Croatia. The score was not as appalling as the actual football I watched. Jose gets a fat cheque. When I play Premiership Manager and invoke all the cheat codes, I get the same results as Jose...so there you are.

Mourinho motivates with words - does that whole thing of making his players feel the world's against them, to make them feel together, make them feel special. Terry is more about the blood and guts bravery - he's all out passion and that makes people want to follow him. It's a very good combination, very much like Fergie and Keane a few years ago at Utd.
